The Barcelona Rock Venue is situated within one of Liverpool’s most iconic buildings, Grand Central Hall, but it does have its own main entrance on Renshaw Street, Liverpool City Centre. This area of the city has a high level of footfall and passing trade and is presently enjoying a redevelopment phase which includes a new hotel, student and private apartments and a recently opened multi-storey car park. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ground Floor - Bar

The bar is accessed via an entrance within the Grand Central Building and also its own entrance on Renshaw Street. The bar is furnished with marbled topped tables and loose chairs, there is also fixed wall seating and a number of high bar stools. The interior decor is a colourful psychedelic theme based on the Beatles which helps create a unique atmosphere.

The bar servery is well equipped with a full range of beer dispense pumps, spirit optics, bottle beer and wine refrigerated cabinets, a glass washer and EPOS tills.

A fixed stage area and a fully equipped DJ unit are located within the bar.

Lower Ground Floor

Accessed via an internal staircase at the side of the bar servery this area comprises of ladies and gents toilet facilities, a refrigerated beer storage area, a secure wines and spirit store and an administration office.
