LOCATION

The Liffey Bar is one of Liverpool’s longest trading traditional Irish bars. Its location on Renshaw Street in Liverpool City Centre has the benefit of a high level of passing trade and its closeness to most of the university campuses, whose students are regular customers. (See location map below)

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ground Floor - Main Bar

As you would expect to see in a traditional Irish bar the interior is decorated with an interesting collection of Irish memorabilia and bric-a-brac. The furnishings are made up of various styles of loose tables, chairs, stools and fixed wall seating. The floor is part wood, part tiled throughout the bar. A fixed stage and fully equipped DJ unit is located within this area. There are seven wall mounted plasma TVs showing a full range of Sky sports and racing channels.

The bar servery is equipped with a full range of draught and lager products, spirit optics, bottled beer refrigerated cabinets, a glass washer and EPOS tills.

The Liffey also has another bar area which is located in a separate part of the premises which is used for private parties and special events. This bar servery is also well equipped with beer pumps, optics and an EPOS till.

Toilet facilities comprise of ladies, gents and disabled and are situated within the bar area.

Lower Ground Floor

Accessed via a staircase at the rear of the bar servery, this area comprises of a refrigerated beer storage area, a secure spirit store, an administration office and general storage.

GENERAL

The Liffey has the benefit of air conditioning, gas central heating, interior and exterior CCTV and a security alarm system.
