Space Coffee Bar opened approximately 2 1/2 years ago. During this period, mainly due to good marketing techniques and focusing on customer needs the Bars turnover and profitability have been increasing on a week to week basis.

First Floor - Meeting / Function Room

Accessed via an internal staircase this area comprises of separate ladies and gents toilet facilities and space to accommodate approximately 30 people. It is furnished with various sizes of tables and loose chairs and is used for private parties and business meetings.

Outside Courtyard Area

Accessed from the rear of the building this area is furnished with loose tables and chairs.


Space Coffee Bar has the benefit of gas central heating, free Wi-Fi, internal/external CCTV and a security alarm system.


The business has a full Premises Licence which allows it to sell alcohol 7 days per week between the hours of 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. Premises Licence number LA160128.
