Uncle Sam’s Restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants on the sort after location of Bold Street, Liverpool City Centre. It has been family owned and run for over 45 years and has built up a regular loyal customer base.

Ground Floor

Uncle Sam’s main entrance leads into the main dining area which has a customer capacity for 100 covers. It is furnished with loose black leather chairs and loose tables; the floor is tiled throughout. There are a number of American and Italian photographs and posters which help to create the restaurants unique feel.

The bar servery is well located and equipped with bottle beer refrigerated cabinets, a coffee machine, spirit optics, beer dispense pumps and an EPOS till.


The open plan kitchen is situated at the rear of the restaurant and is equipped to a high standard. It meets all local authority and public health requirements and has recently been awarded the maximum 5 star award from Liverpool City Council.

Ladies and Gents toilet facilities are located at the rear of the restaurant.

First Floor

Accessed via an internal staircase at the rear of the building the first floor comprises of an administration office, staff toilets and a working walk-in refrigeration unit.


Mainly used for general storage purposes.
