INTRODUCTION

The Vines on Lime Street is one of Liverpool’s historic pubs, having been a favourite for many generations for its range of real ales and excellent customer service. It has traded successfully for many years and is still popular with locals and overseas visitors.

LOCATION

The Vines is located on Lime Street in Liverpool City Centre close to the Adelphi Hotel and Liverpool’s main railway station. There are a number of entrances into The Vines but the main one leads into the bar/lounge area which is furnished with loose tables, chairs and bar stools with some fixed wall seating. This grand room is used for private functions and live entertainment and can accommodate up to 250 people. It is furnished with loose tables, chairs and fixed wall seating and there is a fixed stage area equipped with a sound-to-light system.

The bar servery is well equipped with bottle beer cabinets, beer dispense pumps, spirit optics and an EPOS till.

One of the main features of the Banqueting Suite is the centrally located magnificent glass ceiling dome.

Kitchen

Located at the rear of the ground floor is a small kitchen which is well equipped and meets all local authority standards.

First and Second Floor - Letting Accomodation

Accessed via a separate outside entrance the accommodation comprises of eight bedrooms all on-suite with a total of twenty four beds.

The Vines has the benefit of interior and exterior CCTV, gas central heating throughout a security alarm system and air conditioning.
