Ground Floor

There are 2 entrances into the Derby 1 from the car park the other from the main road. They both lead into the bar area which is furnished with loose tables, chairs, bar stools and fixed wall seating. The floor is carpeted throughout. Ladies and gents toilet facilities are located within the bar area.

Cellar

Access to the cellar is via a stairway located near the bar servery and has ample space to stock and stillage a full range of real ales, craft beers, draught lagers and space for general storage of spirits and bottle beers.

First Floor Living Accommodation

The living accommodation has its own external secure entrance and can also be accessed via an internal staircase within the pub. The accommodation comprises of 2 large double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, through lounge/dining room and bathroom/toilet. The living area is decorated to a very high standard.

Second Floor

Accessed by an internal staircase this floor was previously an attic which has been converted to accommodate an administration office and general storage space.
