The suite can be accessed either directly from its own entrance on Oakfield Road, or via an internal staircase from the Sam Dodd’s Bar. It has a capacity to cater for 150 customers and is furnished with loose tables and chairs and is carpeted throughout. There is a stage, a separate DJ stand and a small dance floor. The bar servery is well equipped with back bar refrigerated cabinets, beer dispense pumps, spirit optics and an EPOS till. A food preparation area is available for customers use and there are ladies and gents WC facilities.

The Sandon Bar - Ground Floor

The main entrance into the very popular Sandon Bar is on Oakfield Road, the Bar is furnished with upholstered fixed wall seating, loose tables ,upholstered chairs and stools it is carpeted throughout. It has the capacity to cater for approx 250 customers. The bar area is decorated to a high standard with wall mounted paintings and photographs featuring Liverpool Football Club memorabilia. There are 3 wall mount plasma TV screens and a drop down video screen. A long bar servery services the Sandon Bar and is equipped with back bar refrigerated cabinets, beer dispense pumps, spirit optics and 3 EPOS cash tills. At the rear of the servery is a separate glass wash area.

The Holding Suite - Ground Floor

The Holding Suite is located off the foyer which is accessed from the main car park and courtyard at the rear of the building; the suite has the capacity to cater for 110 customers and is furnished with loose tables and chairs and a number wall mounted TV screens. The bar servery is equipped with bottle beer cabinets, spirit optics, beer dispense pumps and an EPOS till. WC facilities are situated in the foyer.

The Acorn suite - Ground Floor

By far the largest function suite within the complex, the Acorn Suite can cater for at least 300 customers. The décor is of the highest design and standard and it is furnished with fixed wall seating, loose tables and chairs and carpeted throughout. There is a large stage equipped with a sound-to light system and a dance area; at the rear of the stage are artists changing facilities. The bar servery is well designed and fully equipped with back-bar refrigerated cabinets, beer dispense pumps, spirit optics and EPOS cash tills. At the rear of the bar servery is a separate glass wash area.

WC facilities for the Acorn Suite are located in the foyer area.

The George Edward's Suite - First Floor

Accessed from an internal staircase leading from the foyer, the George Edward’s Suite is furnished with loose tables, chairs and red leather Chesterfield settees and lounge chairs, this suite is carpeted throughout. There is a small stage equipped with sound-to-light equipment and a number of wall mounted plasma TV screens. The bar servery is well designed and equipped with back bar refrigerated cabinets, beer dispense pumps, spirit optics and EPOS cash tills. This room can accommodate approximately 150 covers.

WC facilities are located within the suite.

Conservatory Bar

Located at the rear of the building this room has a well equipped dispense bar and is furnished with loose tables, chairs and stools, a number of leather settees and lounge chairs and is carpeted throughout.

Kitchen

As one would expect for a complex of this size the kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped to a high standard with an extensive range of catering equipment and fitments. The kitchen and all its preparation areas meet all local authority and hygiene regulations.
