INTRODUCTION

Harringtons Bar (formally the Pen & Wig) and the Aphrodites Bar have been in the same ownership for the last 17 years. Ground Floor - HARRINGTONS

The bar servery is well equipped with back-bar refrigerated bottle beer cabinets, beer dispense pumps, optics and an EPOS till.

GENERAL

Both Harringtons and Aphrodites have the benefit of air conditioning throughout, gas central heating, internal/external CCTV, a security alarm system and a fully equipped administration office.

TRADING HOURS

Harringtons and Aphrodites have the benefit of a Premises Licence which allows them to trade between the hours of 10.30 a.m. until 04.00 a.m. Premises Licence No. LA170127

Aphrodites has an existing SEV Licence.

Licensed Trade Associates has not examined any licence documentation and any future buyer must arrange with their solicitors to verify this information.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

TENURE
