INTRODUCTION

Since its recent refurbishment the Cabin Gin & Prosecco Bar has become another successful venue in the city. Designed as an Alpine Chalet it is one of the most popular bars in the area. Its 04.00 a.m. Premises Licence has also helped the bar attract customers who may have dined in the many restaurants close by and are looking for a safe and enjoyable venue to complete their evening out in the Liverpool City Centre.

LOCATION

The Cabin is located on Berry Street which forms part of the popular circuit of Bold Street, Duke Street and Wood Street. See location map below.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ground Floor

The main entrance into the Cabin is situated on Berry Street and leads into the main bar area which has been cleverly designed to create the impression of an Alpine cabin. The walls and floor are made from cut timber and the furnishings comprise of 4 booth seating areas, wood and wrought iron tables, high leather topped bar stools and a number of wooden benches and tables. An interesting feature within the Cabin is a large square table in the centre of the bar that can seat 10+ customers.

The bar servery is well designed and equipped with back-bar bottled beer and wine coolers, a number of counter fitted ice filled bottle coolers, beer dispense units and 3 EPOS tills.

At the rear of the bar servery is a refrigerated beer store which also has an ice making machine installed. Should a kitchen be required there is enough space and existing fitments in this area.

A WC for the disabled is located on this floor.

First Floor Function Suite

Accessed via an internal staircase the function suite can cater for approximately 150 covers. It is furnished with loose tables, chairs and some fixed wall seating. There is also a fixed stage with a DJ unit equipped with a sound-to-light system. In front of the stage is a dance area. An interesting feature of the function suite is a mountain ski lift which adds to the Alpine atmosphere of the Cabin.

Ladies and gents toilet facilities and an administration office are located on this floor.

GENERAL

The Cabin has the benefit of air conditioning throughout, internal and external CCTV and a security alarm system.

11.00 a.m. till 04.00 a.m. Monday to Sunday.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
